About the Role
Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Conduct vehicle inspections, identify repair needs, and communicate findings to customers in a clear and concise manner
Develop and present estimates for repairs, including explaining the work required, parts needed, and labor costs
Negotiate and agree on repairs with customers, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards
Coordinate with technicians to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate with customers regarding repair status, delays, and any changes to the original estimate
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, manufacturer training, and technical knowledge to ensure expertise in vehicle systems and repair methods
Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies
Must be eligible to work in Mississauga, ON.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Consultant in an aftermarket automotive workshop or dealership.
Strong understanding of automotive systems, parts and repair methods
Valid Driver License.
Nice to have knowledge about ‘Lankar” Software.
Mon-Friday (Morning Shift)
