Low-income individuals and families are eligible to apply for a new or renewed credit on their electricity bill. Ask to speak to an in-house referral agent for assistance with your application.
Eligibility:
-Â Â Â Low income (income per household; based on size of household)
-Â Â Â Electricity bill must be under the name of the tenant/resident
-Â Â Â All applicable household members must have filed taxes at least once in
the last two years
-Â Â Â Must have a Social Insurance Number
What you will need to bring:
-Â Â Â Identification
-Â Â Â Electricity bill
-Â Â Â Social Insurance Number
-Â Â Â Notice of Assessment (from the last two years)
