The Work Hardening/Conditioning Program provides an opportunity for individuals to increase physical tolerances as well as improve emotional tolerances.

Peel Career Assessment Services Inc. offers a controlled work environment in a light industrial and/or clerical setting with a specific emphasis on developing appropriate work skills and habits.

Clients are placed in a variety of on-site assessment situations such as light packaging and assembling; shipping and receiving; and/or a clerical environment in order to identify employment strengths and capabilities, increase physical and emotional tolerances, and determine a client’s current functional capacity, ability to learn new skills, and his/her job readiness status.
