Job Summary: We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. Candidates will need to set up service calls with customers, create work orders and follow up with repair recommendations, quotes, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all customer service calls and dispatch technicians
• Create work orders and follow up with customers with reports
• Job quoting on service calls where required
• Answering customer inquiries by phone and email, troubleshooting
• Parts- ordering supplies and tracking inventory levels
• Shop work- coordinate, quote and follow up with customers
• Coordinate inbound/outbound product shipments
• Prepare documents for shipments
• Verify that the shipments are accurate and timely

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Diploma or prior experience in related field
• Experience using QuickBooks
• Proficient in MS office software (excel, word, power point)
• Must be proactive and be able to work independently
