Our dynamic team has an immediate opening for a full-time professional handyman. This position will involve servicing our commercial and retail customers in the Greater Toronto Area. Come grow with us!Summary:

Required Competencies

• Experienced handyman with various handyman-related skills
• Must be a problem solver and be able to think outside of the box
• Ability to pass a background check and have a clean driver’s abstract
• Available to work evenings and weekends, when necessary

• Resides near our head office which is strategically located near Pearson Airport
• Demonstrate solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to advance numerous competing priorities
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to coordinate activities across multiple locations
• Be comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced environment that demands continuous learning and improvement regarding each customer’s expectations
• Has a passion for being a professional handyman

Responsibilities

• Visit our customers’ sites and carry out handyman services in accordance with our high-quality standards
• Assist in maintaining company service level expectations
• Attend to customers’ service calls and requested meetings as needed
• Work closely with our sales and admin team
• Become familiar with customer security systems and/or entry protocols
• Attend workshops and training sessions
