Participants are provided with:

Participants are placed in a variety of assessment situations including; light packaging and assembling; machine operation; quality control; shipping and receiving; janitorial/maintenance occupations; and clerical occupations.  We provide a realistic work environment for disabled adults who are preparing to move into the competitive labour force.  Individuals learn the attitudes and skills essential to the marketplace - punctuality, acceptance of routines, productivity and attendance.  Barriers to employment are identified and strategies to overcome these barriers are developed.

With the support of our professional counselling staff, participants are able to develop the work skills and habits as well as the physical and emotional stamina required to progress toward competitive employment.
