JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES
Job Placement services provide participants with one-on-one assistance to help them locate and secure suitable employment based on their identified employment goal. This service allows participants to conduct a job search with the support and advocacy of a Vocational Counsellor. Vocational Counsellors canvass the participant's immediate geographic area, identifying potential positions according to each individual's capabilities and goals. Job Placement services provide:

ongoing, personal counselling throughout the job search |

access to on-site resources, i.e. internet, computers, printers, fax equipment, telephones, business directories, and local newspapers |

job search support services, i.e. resume preparation, cover and follow-up letters, cold call training, and interview training |
|
strategies to contact employers within a stated field of employment |
| monitoring of a participant's efforts to keep him/her focused on realistic vocational goals |
Whether intensive assistance or minimal intervention is required, Peel Career Assessment Services Inc. offers the necessary level of support to ensure success. We also provide follow-up after a successful job placement to negotiate employee accommodations and/or identify necessary issues/supports required to ensure continued employment.
